Counselling works through the relationship built up when the client talks about his/her concerns and difficulties and the counsellor listens and responds with understanding and care. How many sessions do I have to book? ONE - the first session is an opportunity for the client and therapist to meet and consider the issues/concerns brought by the client. The therapist will explain what she can offer and how she works.There is NO FURTHER OBLIGATION if the client chooses not to book another appointment. How soon can I have an appointment?
